Successful Marina has many features that help you provide better and faster service to your Customers.
Use the quick check-in/check-out procedure of Successful Marina for transient and seasonal mooring. Access up to date weather reports without leaving the Successful Marina window (see screen shot below). And if you have Successful Software build your web site, you can also use Successful Marina for receiving and sending email. And if Successful Software is also the company that built your web site and provides you the email accounts your business uses, then your users can access their emails directly via the Successful Marina without having to switch to another window (see screen shot below): When users view their emails via the Successful Marina, they can all of them collaborate simultaneously on the general email account the marina has (eg info@marina.com or reception@marina.com). In other words, they can all see the same Inbox, Drafts, Sent, etc folders of this email account. With this unique capability Joe that works in the reception can reply to an email request of "Customer A" while Jane can reply to another email request of "Customer B". Both Jane and Joe can work respond to customer requests simultaneously. At the end, any authorized user of this system can also see what the other users responded to whom and when (Joe can see what Jane responded to "Customer B" and Jane can see what Joe responded to "Customer A").
